Scope and Contents

This is a petitioning document asking the Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Fraternity for members of the College Band to grant Texas Wesleyan University a chapter in the fraternity. The document includes a history of the Texas Wesleyan Band, a history of the Kappa Kappa Psi Colony , and biographies of the 12 members of the Colony. A Constitution and ByLaws for the proposed chapter are also included.

This document was created by members of the Texas Wesleyan Kappa Kappa Psi Colony to request the national organization to grant them a charter for a chapter on our campus. One of the petitioners, Adrian Bumgarner, who was the colony's Historian, gave this copy to the University Archives on 2/23/2012.
