Scope and Contents
This is a petitioning document asking the Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Fraternity for members of the College Band to grant Texas Wesleyan University a chapter in the fraternity. The document includes a history of the Texas Wesleyan Band, a history of the Kappa Kappa Psi Colony , and biographies of the 12 members of the Colony. A Constitution and ByLaws for the proposed chapter are also included.
