A collection of photos and negatives of the construction of the Eunice and James L. West Library. The collection includes photos of the very beginning of construction moving through the other stages up to the construction of the ranges of shelving at the end. There are images of the Judge George W. Armstrong Library and pictures of the moving of the library collection from the Judge George W. Armstrong Library to the West Library as well. The photographer is unknown.

Texas Wesleyan College held two separate events to celebrate the opening of the Eunice and James L. West Library in October 1988. The first event was an All-Campus Party, which was held in front of the library on October 20, 1988.
