This scrapbook includes photographs, newspaper clippings and other items regarding Higgins' achievements from 1943-1951. The bulk of the material relates to his career playing golf and basketball at Texas Wesleyan College, 1947-1950, but there are items relating his graduation from Paschal High School in 1943 as well as the start of his career as a Golf pro at Z. Boaz Golf Course in Fort Worth.
