Inventory for Archives (5-4-23) prepared by Fred Slabach: Proclamation from Fort Worth Mayor’s Office on the return of football to Texas Wesleyan; Football commemorating the Sooner Athletic Conference (NAIA) inaugural football season 2018 (with misspelled last name: Schlabach). Prior to 2018, the Sooner Athletic Conference did not have enough universities with football programs to qualify as a football conference in the NAIA. With the addition of football at Texas Wesleyan in 2017, the SAC became qualified.
