Biography
In 1992 the Texas Wesleyan University Division of Student Life was awarded a grant by Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE), U. S. Department of Education to address the use of alcohol and other drugs on our campus The grant lasted two years, ending in 1994. Over those two years, Ms. Gardner coordinated the grant's programs.
